2. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) is a different form of martial art that’s practiced around the world. It involves more groundwork and leveraging your body through physics and motion to fend off an attacker that may be bigger and stronger than you.

Krav Maga teaches effective and practical self-defence in a boot camp style, as this form of martial arts was originally developed in the Israeli army for the Israeli soldiers.
